I have always been a huge fan of Hunter Rain Boots, but since California doesn't even get that much rain, I have not wanted to spend that much money on boots I won't wear that often. (although I am dying for a pair!) As an alternative, I found Keds adorable new line of short rain boots. These are so much fun because it creates the vibe of edgy sneakers!
